The Abridge Club Fundraising Program

AbridgeClub's fundraising program is designed to help raise money for schools, sports groups, day care centers, preschools, medical causes and other nonprofit organizations. We invite you to browse through our catalog to see what titles we have to offer. Ours is a very simple program that may even compliment another that you choose.

Here's how it works:

If you are already playing our music in your school, the children will share their enthusiasm with their parents, and help them select the perfect music CDs.

It’s never too early to complete holiday shopping. Abridge Club music CDs can be given as a birthday or special holiday gift.  Our items have even been used to make creative theme baskets for holiday's and special occasions.  

All we need to know is:
-  The type of organization…
-  How many members will actually participate in the sales process
-  The age of the sellers
-  A signed commitment from your school or organization before printed material can be provided.

IMPORTANT: Fund-raising transactions/orders are NOT currently processed  through this website.

As an independent publisher, producer and distributor of Videos and CDs, Abridge Club management stands 100% behind its products. Abridge Club offers a full refund of the purchase price if a video or CD is found to be defective or damaged within 45-days of delivery to your school or organization. Simply return the product and we will either exchange it, or give pay a credit for the full amount. Refunds will be paid within 30-days of confirmation that the item has been received. You will be responsible for shipping charges on all returns.  We cannot exchange or refund items unless they are defective or damaged.

Cash Plan Details 

1. ORDER PACKET

 Each individual seller will be provided with the following items for easy handout.

2. FORMS OF PAYMENT

We accept public school and governmental organization purchase orders (terms: Net 45 days), VISA, MC, money orders, cashier’s checks, PayPal payments and personal checks. 

3. ORDER FORM

The order form should include the name and phone number of your school or organization, and a contact person.  Simply count the money turned in and match it to the amount sold, then enter the total at the bottom of each order form.  Copy the order form/s and keep a copy of each for your records. Send us the orders along with your payment. We will verify the amounts upon receipt of the order forms and notify you of any discrepancies before your orders are filled.

4. ORDER PICK-UP

Ship your order forms and payment to AbridgeClub.com

5. ORDER DISCREPANCIES

For each order with a discrepancy of at least $1.00, we will provide a letter for the individual seller describing the discrepancy.  The letter will include our toll-free phone number to help the seller with the situation, and a self-addressed envelope to correct the problem, if a balance is owed.

 7. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed all together, and all at one time.

8. ORDER DELIVERY

Orders are shipped in bulk to your school or organization for individual distribution to your customers.

9. DELIVERY CHARGES

AbridgeClub.com pays for shipping.

10. ORDER VERIFICATION

Individual sellers are encouraged to take inventory of their completed orders upon receipt and notify Abridge Club within 15-days of delivery to your school or organization of any discrepancies or damaged items. After 15-days from delivery, Abridge Club will not be held responsible for any problems or concerns with regard to quantity or selection.

11. EXCHANGE, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Abridge Club, as an independent publisher, producer and distributor, stands 100% behind its products. You will receive an exchange of any video/DVD or CD title that is found to be damaged or defective within 30-days of delivery to your school or organization. After 30-days from delivery, Abridge Club will not be held responsible for any problems or concerns. We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged.

Simply return the product back to your school or organization, and we will either exchange it. Replacements will be shipped directly to the seller or school within 10- business days.

Give the gift of award-winning, educational and interactive music to someone in your life. Music makes a great birthday or special occasion gift. 

We encourage students and parents to offer music to family members, associates, friends, neighbors, and co-workers. Door-to-Door sales are discouraged, as they can be a dangerous undertaking.
