When You Stretch
Stretching is a
slow, easy body movement that is not meant to hurt or damage
the muscles. Prompt children to move slowly, and stretch
as far out as they can toward whatever direction they are
going.

Set up a simple obstacle
course using cones, cups or carpet squares and let the
children hop over and around their obstacles. Loop the music
for more time.
