CDs and DVDs

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unopened physical product and either get a full refund or exchange the product for another one of the same value, be it similar or not within 15-days of purchase. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in its original unopened packaging. Please keep the receipt. You will be required to pay for return shipping. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Books and games

We do not accept returns or process refunds for books and games unless they are found to be defective. See warranty below.

 

Digital purchases

We do not offer refunds on digital purchases.

 

Reseller purchase

Only purchases made directly from AbridgeClub.com or Russ InVision can be addressed through this website. Contact your authorized merchant or reseller for guarantees on products purchased through them.

Defective Product

Any CD, DVD, BOOK, GAME, or other product that is found to be defective is returnable for a full refund, including shipping, within 15-days of purchase, with proof of purchase. We will pay for return shipping of defective media if the item is returned to us via USPS Media Mail with tracking.

 

Refunds are credited back to your original form of payment: credit card, by company check for cash, PayPal, etc.

 

 

WARRANTY

 

We guarantee our CDs and DVDs for up to 2-years from the date of purchase, with proof of purchase. However, returns of scratched, cracked, or damaged CDs or DVDs will not be honored.
